Welcome to Minimal Footprint (referenced as "we", "us", or "the Firm"). By accessing or using our website, minimal-footprint.gr, or engaging our services as contractor engineers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Scope of Services

Minimal Footprint provides specialist contractor engineering, solution architecture, AI system design, and software development services on a project or time-and-materials basis. Specific scopes of work will be defined in separate engagement contracts with clients.

2. Use of the Website & Local AI

The interactive terminal and experimental WebLLM local AI functionality are provided for informational and demonstration purposes only. They do not constitute technical or business advice. Use is at your own risk. Abuse of the WebLLM functionality via browser automation is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

The code (`stpaulis` repositories, excluding WebLLM dependencies), branding, and design elements of this website are the intellectual property of Minimal Footprint. Client deliverables' IP will be governed by specific engagement contracts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law, Minimal Footprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, the experimental AI tools, or reliance on information presented.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to this website and the experimental tools at our discretion, without notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
